Yoga makes you feel at home: with yourself. When you do it, you feel more like you again.
You will feel at home at The Centered Place, too. You can expect a warm, welcoming, all-inclusive environment. Our teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. We are so very happy and honored to be able to serve you.
Offers for Newcomers
You can join one of our continuing All Levels classes anytime. But if you would rather start with more individual attention, we offer you these two options:
- Come to a Thursday morning (9 am) or Saturday morning (10 am) class. Both Nancy and Phil are present in these two classes so you have more assistance as needed. Pay the drop-in rate ($20), and that goes toward your first class-card purchase (for schedule and rates, see the Classes page.)
- Make an appointment for a private session at half the usual hourly rate ($35 instead of $70 for an hour), and get 10% off your first class card purchase.
You can also bring a friend with you.

Register for a Class
To register for a class, fill out the following form and click Submit to send it to us. (For full class descriptions, fees, and the schedule, see the Classes page. If you have any questions, contact us.) After receiving your registration information, we’ll follow up with you to finalize your enrollment. Once you’ve attended your first class, you’re welcome to join any others in the future without needing to register again (except Friday morning’s class, which is for experienced students only).
